Planmeca Dixi 3 is always ready for taking an image and the imaging workflow starts by positioning the sensor into the patient's mouth. The images are automatically stored into the selected patient's file to a professional database solution for image storage. This fluent imaging workflow results into increased efficiency, practical imaging sequences, enhanced infection control and less re-takes. Planmeca Dimaxis imaging software version 3.3 now also provides new easy-to-use and scientifically proven image enhancement tools for specific diagnostic needs. The solid fiber-optic filter blocks the damaging X-rays from the semiconductor chip and adds mechanical protection.
