How long will my order take to arrive?
- We dispatch orders received before 5pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery with Fedex.
- Smaller orders under $500 will usually be dispatched next working day.
- Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday mornings.
- Out of stock items on back order will be sent on to you automatically as soon as we receive them; for the majority of items this will be within 5-10 working days.
- No additional delivery charges apply to items on back order.

Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please email us on : yeindenta@gmail.com. YEIN DENTAL will not accept emails as a way of cancellation. Any refused packages or any returns to YEIN DENTAL due to incorrect address, action, or absence or recipient, we will refund the credit card the full amount of the purchase, less any shipping charges.

International Orders: please be advised that all international orders will be charged accordingly to their location. International orders get free shipping over $500.
